We aim to make this process as simple and comforting as possible. Our three-step approach ensures a smooth and stress-free experience.

Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Urn Option

Select the package that best suits your pet’s size:

  • Mini (up to 3 kg) – Ideal for small pets like birds, guinea pigs, or small cats and dogs.
  • Medium (up to 20 kg) – Suitable for most cats and mid-sized dog breeds.
  • Large (up to 50 kg) – Designed for large dogs and other substantial pets.

You can also select a premium urn upgrade for a more personalised memorial.

Step 2: Schedule the Collection

Once you have chosen a package, we will coordinate a collection time that suits you. We offer:

  • Home Collection Service in Yandina, allowing you to say goodbye privately in your own space.
  • Veterinary Clinic Collection, where we can respectfully collect your pet from your trusted local vet.

Step 3: Return of Ashes and Memorialisation
