How It Works: 3 Easy Steps

We understand that making arrangements during this time can be overwhelming. Our process is designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible.

Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Urn Option

Select the right package for your pet’s size:

  • Mini (up to 3 kg) – Suitable for small pets such as birds, guinea pigs, or toy breeds.
  • Medium (up to 20 kg) – Ideal for most cats and mid-sized dog breeds.
  • Large (up to 50 kg) – Designed for large dog breeds and other substantial pets.

You may also choose to upgrade to a wooden or brass urn for a more personalised touch.

Step 2: Schedule the Collection

Contact us to schedule a collection. We offer:

  • Home Collection Service in Veteran, allowing you to say goodbye in familiar surroundings.
  • Veterinary Clinic Collection, where we can pick up your pet directly from your trusted vet.

Our collection fee for the Veteran area is $120, ensuring a convenient and caring service.

Step 3: Return of Ashes and Memorialisation

Once the individual cremation is completed, we will return your pet’s ashes in the presentation box or an upgraded urn of your choice. Additionally, you will receive:

  • A name tag.
  • A lock of fur.
  • A detailed cremation certificate.
  • A special ink paw print on 6x4 high-quality photo paper.
  • A complimentary online memorial page where you can share photos and stories of your pet.
