We collect your dog from your home or your vet clinic across the Gympie, Noosa and Sunshine Coast region, at a time you choose. Every cremation is individual, so the ashes returned to you are only theirs.
✓ Individual cremation: your dog is cremated on their own, so the ashes you bring home are only theirs
✓ At-home farewell or vet collection: you choose where and when you say goodbye
✓ Flexible timing: we come when you call and we do not leave before you are ready
✓ Personal, not corporate: you speak to Matt directly, not a call centre
✓ Handmade Aussie keepsakes: wooden and brass urns made by hand here, not mass produced overseas
5.0 star average reviews. Locally owned and run by Matt. Individually cremating since 2017.
At Mary Valley Pet Cremation, we understand how difficult it is to say goodbye to a beloved dog who has been part of your family for years. Dogs bring joy, loyalty, and companionship into our lives, and when they pass, it’s important for us to honour them with the care and respect they deserve. Our dog cremation services are designed to provide a compassionate and dignified farewell for your loyal friend, offering personalised options to suit your needs.
We offer individual dog cremation, ensuring that only your dog's ashes are returned to you, along with a variety of memorial options to help you remember them. From collection to the final return of ashes, we are here to make the process as comforting as possible, so you can focus on honouring your dog’s memory.

Mary Valley Pet Cremations covers the Gympie Regional Council area, Noosa, the Sunshine Coast and South Burnett.

We’ve designed our cremation service to be as simple and supportive as possible, guiding you through the process with care.
Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Urn Option
Our service is available in three sizes to suit dogs of all breeds
Mini (up to 3 kg) – For small dogs, such as toy breeds.
Medium (up to 20 kg) – Ideal for small-to-medium-sized dogs, such as terriers or poodles.
Large (up to 50 kg) – For larger breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers, and others.
Once you’ve chosen the appropriate package, you can also decide if you’d like to upgrade to one of our beautiful wooden or brass urns.
Step 2: Schedule the Collection
When the time is right, contact us to schedule your pet's collection. We will come to your home or vet clinic at a time that suits you. If you’d like, you can introduce us to your pet, share their story, or take a few moments in silence. We are here to respect your wishes, and we will stay as long as you need during this difficult moment.
Our collection process is handled with the utmost care and respect, ensuring your pet’s dignity is preserved.
Step 3: Return of Ashes and Memorialisation
After the individual cremation, we will return your dog’s ashes in either the standard box or your selected urn. You’ll also receive a cremation certificate, paw print, lock of fur, and a name tag to remember your dog by. For those who wish to create a lasting memorial, we offer a free memorial page on our website where you can share stories, photos, and memories of your beloved pet.
